| Your Help is Needed |
On January 12, a massive 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck Haiti, reducing much of its capital to rubble. It was the worst earthquake in the region in more than 200 years. More than 3 million people, about a third of Haiti's population, have been affected by the quake. The devastation is so widespread, it is not known how many were killed…latest estimates of 230,000 are feared dead. One thing is known, Haiti's needs are still enormous.
Your help is needed! Thousands of people, many of which are young children, are without homes, food and clean drinking water.
